We demolish every idea, argument, doctrine, teaching or concept that infects the mind and distorts or obstructs the truth about God, and WE RECLAIM THE THOUGHTS, FEELINGS AND ATTITUDES  into the truth about God as revealed by Jesus Christ." We can never prevent birds from flying over our head but we are able to prevent them from building nests on our hair. Our thoughts influence our actions. They also are often an avenue that expresses our fantasies, longings and yearnings. We may sometimes have bizzare and inappropriate thoughts flashing through our minds. But when it happens:

☆Do we cultivate those thoughts?

☆Do we water them?

☆Do we nurture them? 

☆Or do we reclaim that bizzare thought, feeling and attitude and make it subject to truth about God as revealed by Jesus?

When we watch pornography, sext, and engage in "dirty" talk we are fueling our baser passions and before we realize it we will weaken our control over our actions.

Phil 4:8: "Christian brothers, keep your minds thinking about whatever is true, whatever is respected, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever can be loved, and whatever is well thought of. If there is anything good and worth giving thanks for, think about these things." NLV
